January Greens - here is a really easy and mega tasty dish that comes loaded with convenience and options for recipe building. Cabbage is seasonal and very veggie, and it won't bust your time or money budget. Enjoy as a side or build into a main dish. Your add-ons could include: cooked brown rice, oven roasted tomatoes with rosemary, julienned carrots or broccoli, sliced/toasted almonds, ground turkey, sunflower seeds, maybe drizzle with soy sauce or balsamic glaze - experiment with your favourites and make this one your own!
