Pacific Halibut is light and mild flavoured. It is easy to prepare but be careful not to over cook.

4 – 6 oz (4 – 170 grams) halibut fillets, skin removed
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Coarse salt and black pepper
Lemon juice or Pesto


In a large skilled over medium heat
ADD olive oil and heat
ADD halibut fillets
SEAR for 3 minutes on each side or until it flakes
TOP with fresh lemon juice or some pesto
