Olive Walnut Tapenade - Omega 3 Source

Olives and walnuts are two plant foods that are full of Omega 3s - and Olive and Walnut Tapenade is a delicious way to source it as an appetizer at home or as a take-along dish to a party. Such an easy way to eat something good: olives and walnuts hold lots of Omega 3 phytonutrients which nourish our autoimmunity and help our bodies do what they are designed to do: heal ourselves!
Cooking time/temp: 
5 minutes or less minutes in a blender or food processor

1 cup of pitted, mixed olives

1/4 cup of walnuts (or more - to taste) 

1 tsp olive oil


Blend olives and walnuts in a food processor and spread on a rice cracker or multi-grain sliced baguette.

*Also, a delicious side with a squeeze of lemon on fish!
