Instead of a hamburger...

2 Ezekiel Sprouted Grain or Rice Tortilla
1 cup (240 ml) shredded lettuce
¼ English cucumber, sliced into 4 inch strips
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
2 cups (475 ml) sunflower seed sprouts (big handful)
1 avocado, sliced into strips
2 Lentil Burgers, sliced into thick strips
1 cup (240 ml grated cheese of your choice
Salt and Pepper to taste

2 Tbsp. plain full fat yogurt (omit for dairy free)
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sweet relish
2 Tbsp. ketchup


MIX all ingredients in a small bowl.
In a large skillet over medium heat
WARM wraps briefly, one by one
PLACE wraps flat and start LAYERING ingredients in the order they are listed above
DRIZZLE with Dressing
FOLD 1/3 of bottom edge over ingredients, and TUCK sides towards the middle and ROLL wrap to the top edge
