A yummy breakfast for those cold mornings.

1 Cup Almond Milk (can substitute rice milk if desired)
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seeds (Flax Meal)
1/4 Cup Ground Almonds (Almond Meal)
1/8 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon (or more depending on your taste)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Mashed Banana
1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts


Combine Milk, Egg, Flax Meal, Almond Meal, Coconut Milk, Salt, Cinnamon & Vanilla is a saucepan and heat on medium.  Keep on heat until cereal is of your desired thickness (and until egg is cooked).  Remove from heat and top with Hemp Hearts and mashed Banana.  YUM YUM!

Sometimes I also add 1/4 Cup Blueberries.
Serves 4 Small Servings or 2 Large Servings
