Wheat and Dairy Free Serves 4

4 ripe avocadoes, peeled, pitted and chopped into large chunks
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced
4 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
½ - ¾ tsp. salt


PLACE avocados, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in large bowl
MIX spices and salt with limejuice
ADD to avocado mixture and gently MIX

Notes:  Serve with tortilla corn chips or use as a spread for wraps.
