Rosacea
Rosacea is a skin disorder commonly seen in individuals of Celtic descent, although anyone can be affected. Most often the flushers and the blushers end up having permanent redness on their cheeks, nose and foreheads, which then becomes an increasingly deeper congested red. Eventually small blood vessels become distended, taking on the appearance of spider viens (telengectasia). Acne like pustular lesions are common, as is eye irritation and heart burn. Chinese herbal medicine can treat rosacea quite well. Many individuals find that the redness in their face decreases or is eliminated.
