What would you suggest to improve my egg health & quality in terms of daily food intake ?  I have been taking materna & folic acid for a long time, unfortunately, I have undergone 2 unsuccessful IVF.  I would like to hear your suggestions as to the type of vegetables, fruits, meat & fish which I should eat more, and any type of food & drinks which I should avoid taking.

Fertility diet is on line

Hi Wen,

Rather than list things out I will direct you to our on line fertility diet.  Our goal for sharing the full fertility diet book on line is to make it accessible and affordable (free) for everyone to optimize their fertility using food.

It does appear that eating lots of geen leafy vegetables is beneficial.  Animal protein seems to negatively impact fertility.  Vegetarian protein did not have a negative impact on fertility.

So... eat a whole foods, mostly plant based diet and this will both improve your fertility and also prevent many chronic diseases.

Sincerely,

Lorne Brown, DR TCM, FABORM
