SALMON
You can add your own herbs and spice, sauces and toppings as desired. The flavours of our incredible seafood are best achieved by keeping it simple.
Wheat and dairy free
4 – 6 oz (4 – 170 grams) wild salmon fillets
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Coarse salt and black pepper
In a large skillet over medium heat
ADD olive oil and heat
PLACE salmon skin-side up in the skillet
SEAR the filets for 2 minutes or until they easily release from the pan
FLIP over and COOK for another 2 minutes
ADD 4 Tbsp. water, COVER and COOK until fish flakes (4-6 minutes)
