MULTI BEAN SALAD
Wheat and Dairy Free
Serves 2 - 4
½ cup each kidney, navy, black beans and chick peas
1 small red onion, thinly slices
1 clove garlic, diced
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
