Marinated CHICKEN
Wheat and Dairy Free
Marinade
1 ½ cup ((360 ml) water or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp. Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Brown Rice Vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Optional: 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger grated
1 lb (450 gram) skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½ inch slices
MARINATE chicken breasts for 1 hour to 6 hours.
BAKE chicken for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until done.
