CREAMY HUMOUS
Wheat and Dairy Free
1-19 oz. (540 mL) can chickpeas
½ cup (120 mL) of water from canned chickpeas (Eden Organic w/o Salt)
2 tsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
PLACE chickpeas and water in blender or food processor
BLEND on high until well mixed
ADD rest of the ingredients
BLEND until creamy and smooth

With all the garlic in there, this hummus was one of the best i've ever had! it turns out very solid and flavorful.
