HI There

I am getting set to do a donor egg IVF in January. I did my mock transfer last month and my peak linining was just under 9mm. Is that ok? Also, is there any reason to be worried that my lining won't be ok for the transfer? I have heard of some women having their cycles canceled because of spotting etc.. I'm on BCP right now, will start synarel on the weekend and then moving on to estrogen for about 15 days before the transfer. Is there anything I can do to improve my lining?

Anthing that can help increase blood flow to the lining can be beneficial

femoral massage
Electro stim acupuncture
stress reduction (stress can cause blood to be diverted from the reproductive organs)

Acupuncture for frozen embryo transfer (FET) including donor eggs

Clinical trials have shown that acupuncture treatment before and during
IVF increases blood flow to the uterus and ovaries. In addition,
acupuncture appears to regulate fertility hormones which may contribute
to follicle development and increased implantation. These trials
reported increased pregnancy rates based on this protocol.

Treatment: Two treatments per week for four weeks before embryo transfer, plus treatment on the day of transfer.
