Sleep Workshop
Restful sleep is a crucial element in health and well-being, but sometimes the stress of contemporary life makes it a rare commodity. This unique, innovative program will teach you a repertoire of techniques that relax the body, calm the mind, and lull you into deep repose. Drawing from yoga, self-healing practices and the insights of the Feldenkrais Method, this program works to dramatically reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, deepen meditation, and ease the way into restful sleep. Lifestyle factors important for establishing and maintaing a regular waking-sleep rhythm will also be discussed.
