Cindy Bailey is co-author of The Fertile Kitchen® Cookbook: Simple Recipes for Optimizing Your Fertility. As a former athlete, Cindy has a passion for good health and nutrition, and a commitment to helping others find natural, holistic ways of healing. In addition to giving workshops and talks on Eating for Fertility, she is a professional member of RESOLVE, the national infertility organization, and is on the Advisory Board for the International Academy of Baby Planner Professionals (IABPP). Her and her husband’s fertility story has aired nationally on NBC news. As a freelance writer, Cindy has written for Glamour, City Sports Magazine, Intercom and other publications, and is editor-in-chief of LitRave.com, a literary webzine. For her award-winning firm, Bailey Communications, which specializes in providing targeted written communications, clients have included Warner Bros., Mattel Interactive, Los Angeles County, Alexander-Ogilvy Public Relations and many others. Cindy has also taught numerous workshops in creative nonfiction and has read her work at various venues, including San Francisco’s LitQuake Festival. She holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from U.C. Berkeley and loves to travel, do sports, and hang out with her family.
