Ovarian Cysts and Quality of Eggs

Hello Again,

I had a fair amount of pain and discomfort with ovulation this month and it lasted for a good 5 days. Symptoms were; pulsing in my left waist, feeling of fullness and pain with going to the washroom. I do tend to have pain with ovulation but this lasted longer than usual. I have had this problem in the past and on one

occasion an ovarian cyst was found on an ultrasound. The problem cleared up on its own.

My question to you is; is there any concern for us trying to conceive next month given the problems

that I had this month. Is there any chance that my eggs are of poor quality because of this? I am 38.

p.s I do have a history of endometriosis but I am able to control it pretty well with good diet, exercise

and natural progesterone cream. In the past I would get laparoscopies to clean out the endo (before I

started using natural progesterone). My gynecologist knew of my ovary troubles (ie. pain with ovulation and

that sometimes it was quite bad)  back then but after the surgeries he would tell me that my ovaries looked fine.
