Mediclear Saga: day 12 & 13

Well, just seems like the same old now. The routine continues and my eating stays quite similar to what you have seen in past posts. A creature of routine. The best part is that I feel like I will be able to continue on this path of allergy free foods for the most part after I finish the 21 days. Amazingly, the most profound thing that I have encountered in the last while is that my dreams are incredibly clear. They are coming to me with quite clear messages about my current situations in life. I have used them and done some research into dream interpretation, and done some soul searching to become solid with a few issues I have been working on. As Deepak Chopra says; "When the mind is still and clear, the truth can be heard from your heart."
