I just had my first FET which was not successful. My protcol included synarel for downreg, 2 mg estrace pills and prometrium supps. My lining developed well, but our embryos were quite small (3 and 4 cells on day of transfer).

I have 3 embryos left to do another FET and am wondering if I should be asking about my protocol? or do we stick with the status quo?

I've read about using low dose asparin (I have some endo and have had one early m/c) and a drug called Medrol (used with AH is done)?

Are there merits to these?
