A while back I did a video for TujaWellness on how to do moxibustion to help turn a breech baby in pregnancy. I somehow managed to forget that this video existed, so here it is for those of you wanting a quick tutorial on how to do moxa for breech presentation.

TujaWellness: How moxibustion helps turn a breech baby

The best time to come in for acupuncture and to do moxibustion to turn a breech baby is between 33 and 36 weeks. We have a resource page on turning breech that you can vist as well.
Acupuncture and moxibustion are comfortable, completely safe and highly effective ways to help turn a breech baby without increasing the chance of ruptured membranes.

Moxibustion and acupuncture are great when coupled with some of the positions outlined on www.spinningbabies.com and with Osteopathy or Webster technique Chiropractic care.

Remember to ask your care provider about the position of your baby at the 32-week appointment, to allow you lots of time for helping entice your baby to turn with acupuncture and moxibustion.
