Wow, I’m not sure where to begin, I think the title alone says a lot. I just wish I had learned about Acubalance a lot sooner. I first learnt of Acubalance from a flyer in the waiting room of the IVF office in the fall of 2008. At the time I was only days away from retrieval. This was technically our 2nd attempt at IVF but the first one was 10 years prior, it took us that long to muster up the courage and strength (emotionally) to give IVF another try. In the meantime we had tried numerous alternative therapies with no success, and also taken time off to enjoy life too.

The first thing I have to say is that I wish I had gone to Acubalance earlier than I did. I am 42, have lead a very healthy life and am now 22 weeks pregnant

How can you thank someone for helping to bring a miracle into the world.  I know you will say your part was small, but it is each of these small, yet important parts that have brought our precious daughter to us.

In the thirteenth week of my pregnancy with my youngest daughter, I woke up in the middle of the night bleeding heavily.  A trip to the ER revealed the baby was still miraculously alive, but I had a large subchorionic hematoma, "bruise", on my placenta.  The ob/gyn told me, 'I'm not sure which way things will go.'  After a couple more weeks of heavy bleeding and bedrest, a friend encouraged me to return to Acubalance. 

My husband (age 38) and I (age 36) tried to get pregnant for one year - which isn't that long, really, but when you want something badly, any amount of time can be frustrating. I know firsthand how much it sucks to get your period and then wait another month and so on...

It works.  Believe me!  I was terrified of having a doctor 'turn' my baby. I was worried about all sorts of things...I really wanted my baby to turn itself.  I did the moxa treatment with Dr. Brown and at home did it myself.  I felt a little new age but the day the baby turned I felt it.  It wasn't too bad and I was so happy he did it on his own!!

Now I'm sitting here holding my precious three week old little princess, and my husband and I feel very blessed. We had gone through a roller coaster of emotions over the last three years, but the emotional and physical pain that we endured has quickly become a distant memory. You played an important role in us becoming parents, and for that we are forever grateful- thank-you.
